Variety of techniques applied appropriately to your short and long term training goals. Recover faster, prevent injury, promote healing, overcome plateaus, reduce inflammation. Massage Therapy is an extremely useful tool in the athletes toolkit.

Mobility

Massage techniques tailored to your individual situation. Be it recovering from injury or dealing with chronic pain or mobility issues related to a health condition Massage Therapy can help. Helpful for post surgical adhesion, contracture, lymphatic/edema, paralysis or other disease related mobility problems.

Insurance

Many extended health plans cover Massage performed by a Registered Massage Therapist. Some plans may require a prescription for Massage Therapy. Please consult your plan or speak to your insurance representative for more information.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation so that the time can used effectively, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled tx cost will apply. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
